Refund & Return Policy

The Sprint Capacity Planner is a digital product delivered electronically as a downloadable file. No physical item is shipped, and there is nothing to return. Your purchase is a one-time payment of $9 for a single digital download.

Because the Sprint Capacity Planner is delivered instantly as a digital file, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the download has been successfully delivered and accessed. We ask that you review the product description and preview on the product page before purchasing to confirm it's the right fit for your needs.

If something goes wrong with your purchase, we want to make it right. This includes situations where:

• You did not receive a download link after completing payment.
• The download link is inaccessible or does not work.
• The file you received is corrupted or will not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

In any of these cases, contact us and we will work with you to resend the file or resolve the issue. If we are unable to deliver a working copy of the product to you, we will offer a refund for that purchase.
